Intervest Offices & Warehouses and Marco Hengst, chief investment officer, end the cooperation.

Intervest and Marco Hengst, chief investment officer, have because of a different view of the company's future development, decided by common consent to end their cooperation agreement as at 31 August 2020.

Gunther Gielen, chief executive officer, will temporally take over the responsibilities of Marco Hengst as from 31 August 2020.

Johan Buijs, member of the supervisory board, former ceo of NSI and member of the management of Werelhave, will assist him.

Intervest thanks Marco Hengst for the many years of cooperation and his contribution to the growth and the repositioning of the company, wishes him great success for his further professional career and remains open for a possible future cooperation under another form.
