The mandate of Gunther Gielen as CEO with Intervest Offices & Warehouses NV (hereinafter "Intervest") ends in mutual agreement and with immediate effect.
The supervisory board thanks Gunther Gielen for his commitment and important contribution to Intervest's development.
I am grateful for what I have been able to achieve: a strong growth of the portfolio, the implementation of a new organizational structure and the development of the relationship with shareholders and analysts. The past three years have been pleasant for me, but now it is time for new challenges. GUNTHER GIELEN
In the meantime, the supervisory board of Intervest has started the search for a new CEO and will provide an update on this as appropriate. During such process, the chairman of the supervisory board will ensure that the daily management of Intervest remains guaranteed.
