Michiel Celis is a Partner at TPG based in London, and among other things, oversees all investments in logistics real estate for TPG across Europe. Mr Celis closed several real estate deals for over \$10 billion throughout his career and is also part of TPG Real Estate's global investment committee. He speaks Dutch and English and is currently a member of the boards of 4th Industrial and CT Real Estate. Michiel Celis holds a Bachelor in Commercial Engineering summa cum laude from KULeuven, and an M.Sc. in Finance from HEC Paris.
Max Mather is a Principal at TPG Real Estate in London. He joined TPG in 2021 from Brockton Capital, where he focused on real estate-backed operating businesses and direct transactions across multiple sectors in the UK. Prior to joining Brockton, Mr Mather worked in the Real Assets team at BlackRock Investment Management, based in London. Max Mather studied at Cambridge University and obtained a master's degree in management studies and land economics, graduating with first class honours.
Avi Banyasz is a Partner and Global Co-Head of TPG Real Estate and is based in New York. Prior to joining TPG Real Estate in 2011, Mr Banyasz was Managing Principal of Westbrook Partners. At Westbrook, Mr Banyasz had the primary responsibility for investments in the United States, but also spent several years on Westbrook's operations in Western Europe. Prior to his 13-year tenure at Westbrook, Mr Banyasz worked at Bear Stearns & Co. Mr Banyasz serves on the boards of TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc (NYSE: TRTX), Dogwood Properties, B2R Partners, Alloy Properties and Cinespace Studios and is a trustee of Harlem Academy. Avi Banyasz earned a BCom degree in Economics and Finance, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Toronto.
Matthew Coleman is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of TPG Real Estate, as well as the President of TPG Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc (NYSE: TRTX). Mr Coleman serves on the boards of Bluegrass Senior Living, Campus Living and Témpore Properties SOCIMI. Prior to joining TPG in 2012, Mr Coleman was Senior Vice President in the real estate private equity group at D.E. Shaw & Co, L.P. From 2000 to 2005, Mr Coleman was an attorney in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he practised in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and securities. Matthew Coleman graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.A. degree in economics and was elected a Phi Beta Kappa student. He received a J.D. degree from Yale Law School, where he was editor of the Yale Law Journal and editor-in-chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation.
