On 14 March 2024, Intervest Offices & Warehouses (hereinafter 'Intervest') received a transparency notification dated 13 March 2024 from European Real Estate Holdings NV showing that it holds 89.76% of the voting securities or voting rights in Intervest pursuant to the acquisition of voting securities or voting rights, consequently exceeding the 85% notification threshold.
