IMMOBEL PAYS A GROSS DIVIDEND OF 1.75 EUR PER SHARE, INCREASED BY 40 %

Further to the decisions taken today by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, a gross dividend of 1.75 EUR per share will be paid for the financial year 2011. Final net dividend per share will amount to 1.3125 EUR, this is gross dividend minus withholding tax, and will be payable on presentation of coupon n° 23 as from 1st June 2012.

This dividend, increased by 40 % compared to last year, corresponds with a pay-out ratio of 45 %. The net result per share amounts to 3.93 EUR (increased by 53 % compared to 2010). It represents, based on the closing price at 23 rd May 2012 of 26.19 EUR, a gross return of 6.7 %.

Dividends can be received at the counter desks of BNP Paribas Fortis (principal paying agent), ING Belgium, KBC Bank and Banque Degroof.

Ex-date: 29th May 2012. Record date: 31 st May 2012. Payment date: 1 st June 2012.
