INTERMEDIATE STATEMENT

In accordance with the Royal Decree of 14 November 2007, please see below the important events that have occurred since 1 st July 2012.

As part of the development of its projects, IMMOBEL has:

  • acquired the company that owns the "Parc Seny" office building (13,000 m²) in Auderghem, with a view to converting it into housing of the latest generation;
  • sold a plot of approximately 15,000 m2 for the development of offices in Cracow, Poland;
  • started work on the office project Black Pearl in Brussels (11,000 m2 ) and on three residential projects, two in Brussels and one in Flanders;
  • finished the complete restoration of its mixed office and commercial project situated in the centre of Poznan (+/- 7,600 m2 ).

In addition to these important events, IMMOBEL has continued the development of its portfolio, which includes (at 30th September 2012) nearly 168,000 m2 of offices, 215,000 m2 of residential and nearly 378 ha of land.

In view of this large and diversified portfolio of good quality projects and the negotiations underway, the Board of Directors of IMMOBEL is confident about the future positive development of the Company. The full year results for 2012 will depend on the conclusion of some major contracts which the Company is hopeful to sign before the end of the year or in the first semester of next year.
