Repurchase of own shares in the context of the liquidity contract Period 2018/09/03 until 2018/09/07

In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated 4 July 2018), IMMOBEL announces today that it has bought on Euronext Brussels 840 shares during the period between 03 and 07 September 2018. During the same period, IMMOBEL has sold 819 shares.

The total number of own shares held by IMMOBEL reached 1,221,286 on 07 September 2018. The total number of ordinary shares equals 9,997,356.
