Publication of transparency notification

In accordance with article 14, first paragraph, of the Law of 2 May 2007 regarding the disclosure of major shareholdings

Immobel received today a transparency notification confirming that as a result of a sale of treasury shares, Immobel NV/SA is holder of 2.83% of its own shares and its shareholding has thus dropped below the threshold of 3%.
