Shareholder structure - Disclosure of transparency notification

Home Invest Belgium received a transparency declaration from Fédérale Assurance on 1 February 2016 by which it was informed that the participation of Fédérale Assurance in the capital of Home Invest Belgium no longer exceeds the threshold of 3% on 19 January 2016.

Chain of control: Federale Assurance is not controlled in the sense of articles 5 and 7 of the Companies Code.

Cocky NV is 99% controlled by the Van Overstraeten association, which in turn is 100% controlled by Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos foundation.
