Home Invest Belgium received a transparency declaration from groep Van Overstraeten on 15th of September 2017 by which it was informed that the participation of groep Van Overstraeten in the capital of Home Invest Belgium exceeds the threshold of 25% since 13th of September 2017 as a consequence of the subscription to newly issued shares and certain share transfers.
