1. Summary of the notification

In accordance with the Transparency Act, Home Invest Belgium announces to have received a notification on December 20, 2019 from Stavos Real Estate BV (formerly Stavos Luxembourg SA), Stichting Administratiiekantoord Stavos, Liévin Van Overstraeten, Johan Van Overstraeten, Hans Van Overstraeten, Bart Van Overstraeten, Cocky NV, V.O.P. NV and partnership BMVO 2014 showing that partnership BMVO 2014 has transferred 510.960 shares to Stavos Real Estate BV on 2 December 2019.

2. Content of the notification

The notification dated December 20th 2019 from Stavos Real Estate BV (formerly Stavos Luxembourg SA), Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos, Liévin Van Overstraeten, Johan Van Overstraeten, Hans Van Overstraeten, Bart Van Overstraeten, Cocky NV, V.O.P. NV and partnership BMVO 2014, which shows that partnership BMVO 2014 has transferred 510.960 shares to Stavos Real Estate BV on December 2nd 2019, contains the following information:

• Reasons for the notification: the acquisition or transfer of rights to vote or securities giving the right to vote
• Notification by a parent undertaking or a controlling person
• Person subject to the notification requirement: Stavos Real Estate BV (formerly Stavos Luxembourg SA), Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos, Liévin Van Overstraeten, Johan Van Overstraeten, Hans Van Overstraeten, Bart Van Overstraeten, Cocky NV, V.O.P. NV and partnership BMVO 2014

• o Johan Van Overstraeten owns 1.231 shares.
• o Hans Van Overstraeten owns 6.640 shares.
• o Bart Van Overstraeten owns 1.095 shares.
• o Cocky NV owns 131 shares.
• o V.O.P. NV owns 102.575 shares.

o Together they own 880.965 shares in Home Invest Belgium. This number remained unchanged after the transaction.

• Chain of controlled undertakings through which the holding is effectively held:

o Stavos Real Estate BV is 97% controlled by partnership BMVO 2014. o Partnership BMVO 2014 is controlled for 25% by Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos and 75% by partnership Burgerlijke Maatschap Van Overstraeten. o Partnership Burgerlijke Maatschap Van Overstraeten is 99,9% controlled by Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos.

o Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos is controlled by Liévin, Hans, Johan and Bart Van Overstraeten.

o Cocky NV is 99,9% controlled by partnership Burgerlijke Maatschap Van Overstraeten.

o V.O.P. NV is 99,9% controlled by Stavos Real Etate BV.
