Home Invest Belgium hereby announces that it has published its annual financial report of 2019.

COVID-19 (coronavirus)

The rapid spread of COVID-19 ("coronavirus") and the measures taken by the authorities to limit its further spread could have a material impact on the rental activities, development activities and operational functioning of Home Invest Belgium as well as on the market value of its real estate portfolio. Home Invest Belgium describes this potential impact in further detail in its annual report under the chapters "Risk factors", "Management report - Events after the close of the financial year – Outlook for 2020".

Invitation to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting

The shareholders of Home Invest Belgium NV/SA are invited to attend the Ordinary General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting which will take place on the 5th of May 2020.

All documents related to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting are available on the company website:

• Proxy;
• Correcpondence vote form;
• Additional information.

The practical formalities of participation in the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting are described in the invitation.

At the time of the convening of these General Meetings, it is not yet clear which preventive measures related to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 will apply on the foreseen date of the General Meetings. The Board of Directors will follow these developments closely and will take all necessary preventive measures. In anticipation of the announced special powers decree in this respect, the Board of Directors already requests the shareholders to cast their votes in advance by letter, or to grant a power of attorney and, if necessary, to exercise their right to address questions in writing, as explained in the invitation to these General Meetings. The Board of Directors undertakes that the shareholders will only be allowed to participate to the meeting remotely. Questions submitted in writing in advance will be answered via the company's website.
