1. Summary of the notification

In accordance with the Transparency Act, Home Invest Belgium announces to have received a notification on May 5th 2021 from Stavos Real Estate BV, Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos, Liévin Van Overstraeten, Hans Van Overstraeten, Johan Van Overstraeten, Bart Van Overstraeten, Cocky NV, V.O.P. NV Sippelberg NV and BMVO 2014 showing that Stavos Real Estate BV has transferred 450,000 shares to Sippelberg NV on May 3rd 2021. The notification concerns a transfer between two companies belonging to the same group, namely the group Van Overstraeten.

2. Content of the notification

The notification signed on May 5th 2021 by Stavos Real Estate BV, Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos, Liévin Van Overstraeten, Hans Van Overstraeten, Johan Van Overstraeten, Bart Van Overstraeten, Cocky NV, V.O.P. NV, Sippelberg NV and BMVO 2014, showing that Stavos Real Estate BV has transferred 450,000 shares to Sippelberg NV on May 3rd 2021, contains the following information:

• Reasons for the notification: the acquisition or transfer of rights to vote or securities giving the right to vote
