The company has been informed of the transfer of the following shares.
QuaeroQ SCRL has bought 295,000 shares from Syntegra Capital Fund I, LP, represented by the management company governed by English law, Syntegra Capital Investors Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Syntegra Capital").
Banque Degroof SA has bought 205,844 shares from Syntegra Capital actions and 29,193 shares from the pension fund Electra Investissements FCPR, represented by the management company governed by French law, Motion Equity Partners SAS (hereinafter referred to as "Electra Partner'). Electra Partner has also transferred 150,000 shares to other investors.
Following these transfers, all of which were carried out at the price of 2 Euros per share, Syntegra Capital and Electra Partner no longer own any shares in the company.
QuaeroQ SCRL now owns 497,518 shares in the company, representing 29.96% of the capital. Banque Degroof SA owns 321,038 shares in the company, representing 19.33% of the capital.
Lastly, QuaeroQ SCRL and Banque Degroof have stated that they are not acting together.
The Fountain Group, mainly based in France, Belgium and the Netherlands, markets a range of cold and hot drink solutions aimed at business customers.
