ANNOUNCEMENT AANKONDIGING

Antwerp 17/04/2020 –7.30 am Regulated information – gereglementeerde informatie

On the 4th of April our Chairman of the Board, Baron Philippe Bodson, sadly passed away after his fight against COVID-19.

Subsequently the EXMAR Board convened and wishes to announce the following:

• Francis Mottrie, Deputy CEO of the EXMAR Group, is appointed as CEO.
• Nicolas Saverys, previously CEO of EXMAR, will take up the position of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.

EXMAR is confident that these complementary positions will enhance EXMAR's growth and success.

EXMAR NV invites its shareholders to attend the General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 19 May 2020 at 14.30 pm in 2000 Antwerp, Schaliënstraat 5. All documents including admission and practical formalities related to the Meeting are available on the website of the Company: http://www.exmar.be/en/investors/general-assemblies

The Annual Financial Report 2019 is available on our website as from today.

Op 4 april is onze Voorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur helaas overleden na een strijd tegen het COVID-19 virus.

De Raad van Bestuur die nadien werd bijeengeroepen wenst volgende beslissingen aan te kondigen:

• Francis Mottrie, Deputy CEO van de EXMAR Groep, werd aangesteld als CEO.
• Nicolas Saverys, voordien CEO van EXMAR, zal de functie van Executive Chairman van de Raad van Bestuur op zich nemen.

EXMAR is ervan overtuigd dat de invulling van deze functies tot EXMAR's verdere groei en succes zullen bijdragen.

EXMAR NV nodigt de aandeelhouders uit om aan de Algemene Vergadering deel te nemen op 19 mei 2020 om 14.30 u te 2000 Antwerpen, Schaliënstraat 5. Alle documenten met toelatingsvoorwaarden en praktische informatie voor de Vergadering zijn beschikbaar op de website: http://www.exmar.be/nl/investors/algemene-vergaderingen

Het jaarlijks financieel verslag 2019 is beschikbaar op de website vanaf vandaag.
