EARLY TERMINATION FSRU S188 CHARTER PARTY

Reference is made to the charter party between EXMAR and GUNVOR, in respect of the floating regasification barge (FSRU S188) which is the subject of ongoing arbitration proceedings.

EXMAR received a notice of early termination from charterers, GUNVOR. EXMAR received a termination fee equal to two years hire as a result of the early termination.

EXMAR will commence marketing the FSRU S188 for re-employment and further details will be communicated in due course.

VERVROEGDE BEËINDIGING FSRU S188 CHARTEROVEREENKOMST

EXMAR verwijst naar de charterovereenkomst tussen EXMAR en GUNVOR voor zijn drijvend hervergassingsplatform (FSRU S188), die het voorwerp uitmaakt van een lopende arbitrageprodecure.

EXMAR ontving een kennisgeving van vervroegde beëindiging vanwege de charterers, GUNVOR. EXMAR ontving een beëindigingsvergoeding van twee jaar huur ingevolge de vervroegde beëindiging.

EXMAR zal de marketing van de FSRU S188 met het oog op nieuwe tewerkstelling aanvatten en verdere details zullen te zijner tijd worden bekendgemaakt.
