DIVIDEND

De Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders heeft de jaarrekening goedgekeurd betreffende het boekjaar dat eindigde op 31 december 2020, evenals het totale bruto dividend van EUR 0,30 (EUR 0,21 netto per aandeel), zoals voorgesteld door de Raad van Bestuur.

Het netto dividend zal op 27 mei 2021 gestort worden aan de houders van aandelen en aan de houders van gedematerialiseerde aandelen (via hun financiële instelling).

(ex-date: 25 mei 2021 – record-date: 26 mei 2021).

De betaalagent is Euroclear.

DIVIDEND

The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2020, as well as the total gross dividend of EUR 0.30 (EUR 0.21 net per share), as proposed by the Board of Directors.

The net dividend will be payable on 27 May 2021 to the holders of registered shares and to the holders of dematerialised shares through their financial institution.

(ex-date: 25 May 2021 – record-date: 26 May 2021).

Paying agent is Euroclear.
