EXMAR – update liquidity position

EXMAR is pleased to announce that it has signed a three-year facility agreement of up to USD 50 million with Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund (SEQI). The applicable interest rate is the aggregate of LIBOR plus a margin between 7% and 8.75%, depending on net leverage.

The loan will be used to repay part of the current NOK 650 million bond issued by EXMAR Netherlands BV at maturity (May 2022). The remaining will be repaid with available cash.

EXMAR meldt de ondertekening van een driejarige kredietovereenkomst met Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund (SEQI). voor een maximaal bedrag van USD 50 miljoen. De toepasbare interestvoet is berekend op basis van LIBOR vermeerdert met een marge tussen de 7% en de 8,75 % afhankelijk van de netto schuldgraad.

De lening zal worden aangewend voor de gedeeltelijke terugbetaling van de obligatielening van NOK 650 miljoen uitgegeven door EXMAR Netherlands BV op de vervaldag (mei 2022). Het overige deel zal worden terugbetaald met eigen middelen.
