In accordance with articles 8:4 and 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on Companies and Associations, D'Ieteren Group announces today the purchase and disposal of treasury shares on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels and / or an MTF between 14 and 20 February 2024.
The extraordinary shareholders' meeting of D'Ieteren Group renewed on 25 May 2023 the powers of the Board of Directors to acquire and dispose of own shares for a period of 5 years.
The total number of own shares held by D'Ieteren Group reached 733,739 (1.4%) on 20 February 2024. The total number of ordinary shares equals 53,708,999.
In the framework of the share buyback programme, D'Ieteren Group announces today that it has bought 584 shares on Euronext Brussels and / or an MTF between 14 and 20 February 2024.
D'Ieteren Group has performed this purchase of own shares in the context of the solidarity share buyback programme decided and announced by the Board of Directors of D'Ieteren Group on 7 November 2023 for a maximum amount of €100m in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Under this programme, D'Ieteren Group has purchased a total of 18,851 treasury shares for a total amount of €3,079,404.

In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated 3 September 2021), D'Ieteren Group announces today that it has bought 2,300 shares on Euronext Brussels during the period between 14 and 20 February 2024. During the same period, D'Ieteren Group has sold 1,600 shares on Euronext Brussels.
