Hij is eveneens lid van de Management Advisory Board van Tower Brook in Londen en Voorzitter van de raad van bestuur van Pack2Pack.

Marcel Klepfisch obtained a Diploma Commercial Engineer from the University of Antwerp. He has extensive experience in crisis management and was Chief Restructuring Officer at Deceuninck NV in 2009. He was Chief Executive Officer at Ilford Imaging, member of the Executive Committee at Vickers Plc and Chief Financial Officer of BTR Power Drives. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Nybron Flooring International in Switzerland, member of the Audit Committee and of the Strategic Committee. He is also member of the Management Advisory Board of Tower Brook in London and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pack2Pack

Marcel Klepfisch a obtenu un diplôme d'ingénieur commercial à l'université d'Anvers. Il a une longue expérience dans la gestion de crises et a occupé en 2009 la fonction de Chief Restructuring Officer chez Deceuninck SA. Il a été Chief Executive Officer chez Ilford Imaging, membre exécutif du comité chez Vickers Plc et CFO de BTR Power Drives. Il est aujourd'hui membre du conseil d'administration de Nybron Flooring International en Suisse, membre du comité d'audit et du comité stratégique. Il est également membre du Management Advisory Board de TowerBrook à Londres et Président du conseil d'administration de Pack2Pack.

Paul Thiers is een alumnus van zowel de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, waar hij afstudeerde als Master in de Rechten (1980) en als Master in het Notariaat (1981) als van Vlerick Management School waar hij in 1982-1983 PUB volgde. Hij was van 1982 tot 2005 Co-CEO en lid van de raad van bestuur van de Unilin Groep. Hij is lid van de raad van bestuur van Pentahold NV, Altior CVBA, Accent NV, Vergokan en van Origis NV.
