In accordance with the appropriate transparency legislation (Act of 2 May 2007) Deceuninck NV discloses that it received a notification dated 14th August 2012 from Lazard Frères Gestion S.A.S. on 17 August 2012. According to this notification Lazard Frères Gestion S.A.S. owns 5,545,000 voting rights (5.15% of the total number of shares outstanding i.e. 107,750,000 shares of which 86,200,000 with VVPR strips).
