Openbaarmaking over een transparantiekennisgeving

LEUVEN – België – 13 maart 2017 19:00 CET Heverlee (Euronext Brussels: OPTI) heeft op 13 maart 2017 een aantal transparantiekennisgevingen ontvangen, waaruit blijkt dat een aantal deelnemingsdrempels werden overschreden. De relevante gegevens van deze transparantiemelding – Option NV, Gaston Geenslaan 14, 3001 transparantiemeldingen zijn als volgt:

1. Reden van kennisgeving:

Binnen de groep Option NV hebben Coucke/Alychlo NV/ Mylecke Management, Art & Invest NV maart 2017 naar aanleiding van een kapitaalverhoging binnen toegestaan kapitaal, stemrechtverlenende effecten levante de heer Jan Callewaert, Raju Dandu/Danlaw Inc., Marc NV en de heer Eric Van Zele op 6 verworven. ewaert, Coucke/Alychlo

2. Overschreden drempels

Hierdoor overschreden de heer NV/ Mylecke Management, Art & Invest NV en respectievelijk 15%, 10%, 5% en 5% Jan Callewaert, Raju Dandu/Danlaw Inc., Marc Coucke/ de heer Eric Van Zele de drempels 5%. drempels van
