REGULATED INFORMATION – INSIDER INFORMATION Eric Van Zele provides additional funding to Crescent NV

Leuven, Belgium – November 2, 2021 – 18h30 - Crescent (EURONEXT: OPTI; OTC: OPNVY)

In addition to the transaction notice of Mr. Eric Van Zele regarding the sale of 50 million Crescent NV shares (hereafter referred to as "the Company"), it is clarified that the proceeds of this transaction will be used (1) on the one hand to settle remaining earn-out obligations related to Mr. Eric Van Zele's initial investment in the Company (formerly "Option NV") and (2) on the other hand to make additional cash resources available to the Company through loans to finance its growth initiatives.

Subject to endorsement by the extraordinary general assembly, Mr. Eric Van Zele will contribute the aforementioned loan, together with the stake held by Van Zele Holding NV in Remoticom Holding BV, into the capital of the Company. To approve these contributions an extraordinary shareholders' meeting will be called in the near future and no later than by the end of the year.

As a result of the above transactions, the participation that Mr. Eric Van Zele holds, directly or indirectly, in the Company will be further strengthened since the value of the proposed contributions in kind amounts to more than double the proceeds from the sale.
