Additional information:

The threshold of 30% was crossed upwards. Application of the exemption ex art 52, § 1, 7°, of the Takeover Decree of 27 April 2007 to the bid obligation is being used. The intention is to dispose of the surplus shareholding within a period of 12 months at the latest. The exceeding of the threshold is thus only temporary.
