PAYMENT OF THE DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2014

The ordinary general meeting of shareholders on May 20, 2015 decided on the payment of a gross dividend of € 0.63 (euros sixty-three cents) per share in respect of the fiscal year 2014.

Dividends are subject to a withholding tax of 15%, which is deducted at the source. After deducting the withholding tax of 15%, this represents € 0,5355 net per share.

The dividend will be payable as of May 27, 2015. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend as of May 25, 2015.

The deadline for requesting an exemption from the withholding tax is June 5, 2015.

The annual financial report for the fiscal year 2014 is available at the registered office of the Company and can be sent on request. The annual financial report is also accessible through the website www.carepropertyinvest.be.
