Care Property Invest has been informed that a private placement of 1,570,000 shares, that have been issued earlier this morning in the context of the acquisition of the residential care centre with service flats "Les Terrasses du Bois" in Watermaal-Bosvoorde, has been completed successfully.
The 1,570,000 shares were placed by Bank Degroof Petercam NV and KBC Securities NV, with a broad base of institutional investors at the price of 19.25 euro per share, which results in a discount of 7.1% compared to yesterday's closing price, 14 March 2017.
Trading of the Care Property Invest share on Euronext Brussels has been suspended since this morning following this private placement and will be resumed as soon as possible after the publication of this press release.
