REPURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

In accordance with article 207 of the Royal Decree of 30 January 2001 executing the Companies Code, Care Property Invest announces the acquisition, on 3 December 2019, of 1,500 treasury shares on Euronext Brussels at an average price of €29.48 (rounded) per share. This share repurchase has been carried out to cover the "long term incentive plan" for the benefit of the executive management of Care Property Invest, by virtue of the power granted to the Board of Directors by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 May 2018.
