TRADE IN CARE PROPERTY INVEST SHARES RESUMED
Schoten, Belgium –15 January 2020
Care Property Invest was informed that a private placement of 1,125,338 shares, issued earlier this morning for the acquisition of the residential care centres with assisted living apartments 'La Reposée' and 'New Beaugency', located in Mons and Bernissart respectively, was successfully completed.
The 1,125,338 shares were placed by KBC Securities with a broad base of institutional investors at the price of €29.0 per share, including a customary market discount compared to the closing price yesterday.
The trading of the Care Property Invest share on Euronext Brussels has been suspended since this morning as a result of this private placement and will now resume as soon as possible after the publication of this press release.
