PUBLICATION OF THE NEW DENOMINATOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 15 OF THE ACT OF 2 MAY 2007 ON THE DISCLOSURE OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDINGS (TRANSPARENCY LAW)

In accordance with Article 15 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings, Care Property Invest NV ("CP Invest" or the "Company") publishes the following information following the realisation of a capital increase and the issuance of new shares on 24 January 2023.

After the capital increase, the Company's capital amounts to EUR 220,065,062.05.
The total number of voting securities after the issue of new shares amounted to 36,988,833 (all shares).
The total number of voting rights after the issuance of the new shares thus amounts to 36,988,833 (all connected to shares). This number is the denominator for purposes of notifications within the framework of the transparency regulations (i.e. notifications in case of reaching, exceeding or falling below legal or statutory thresholds). In addition to the legal thresholds, Article 15 of the Company's Articles of Association provides for an additional statutory threshold of 3%.

The new shares are admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels and have the same ISIN code as the existing shares (BE0974273055). This information, as well as the shareholder structure, is available on the Company's website (www.carepropertyinvest.be).
