On 24 January 2023, Care Property Invest has received a transparency notification dated 24 January 2023.

As a result of a transfer of voting securities or voting rights, the overall percentage of voting rights exercisable by Pensio b ofp fell passively below 3% on 24 January 2023.

In accordance with Article 18 §1 j° Article 6 §3 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and containing various provisions, a notification to the issuer and the FSMA is required.

This transparency notification dated 24 January 2023 contains the following information:

• Reason for the notification: passive fall below the lowest threshold.
• Notification by: a person that notifies alone.
