On 15 March 2023, Care Property Invest has received a transparency notification dated 10 March 2023.

As a result of an acquisition or disposal of voting securities or voting rights, the overall percentage of voting rights exercisable by Ameriprise Financial Inc. crossed the threshold of 3% on 10 March 2023.

In accordance with Article 18 §1 j° Article 6 §3 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and containing various provisions, a notification to the issuer and the FSMA is required.

This transparency notification dated 10 March 2023 contains the following information:
