As the required attendance quorum was not reached at the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 5 April 2023 ('EGM I'), the shareholders of Care Property Invest nv are again invited to attend the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company ('EGM II') on Wednesday 26 April 2023 at 11h00 at the Company's registered office at Horstebaan 3, 2900 Schoten.
