Repurchase of Colruyt treasury shares

Referring to article 207 of the Royal decree of 30 January 2001 in execution of the companies code (art. 620 § 1), as modified by royal decree of 26 April 2009, the Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV communicates that it has purchased 91.972 treasury shares at NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 4 July 2011 to 7 July 2011.

The Board of Directors has performed this purchase after having been so empowered by the extraordinary general meeting of 16 October 2009.
