Repurchase of Colruyt treasury shares

Referring to article 207 of the Royal decree of 30 January 2001 in execution of the companies code (art. 620 § 1), as modified by royal decree of 26 April 2009, the Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV communicates that it has purchased 65.908 treasury shares at NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 15 December 2011 to 21 December 2011.

The Board of Directors has performed this purchase after having been so empowered by the extraordinary general meeting of 16 October 2009.
