Structure of the shareholdership of the Etn. Fr. Colruyt N.V. according to the latest transparency notifications of 06/03/2012

In the framework of the law of 2 May 2007 and the Royal decree of 14 February 2008 (publication of the important participations in the companies listed on the stock exchange) we received an updated notification of the participation of the Colruyt family, Sofina and the Colruyt group on 06/03/2012.

On 28 February 2012 the shareholder structure of Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV was simplified. This restructuring merely involves a reorganisation of the participations held by the family shareholders of Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV in accordance with article 74 of the Law on public takeover bids. This was essentially achieved by a partial split of the family holdings Anima NV, Herbeco NV and Farik NV, that split off their participations in DIM NV, HIM NV and HIM Twee NV to the advantage of Korys NV. At the same time the family shareholders of Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV transferred their DIM NV, HIM NV and Him Twee NV shares into the capital of Korys NV. All DIM NV and HIM NV shares are now thus in the hands of Korys NV, except for the HIM NV shares that are already being held by DIM NV.

The company has no knowledge of other agreements between shareholders. The legal thresholds per 5% portion apply..
