On 1 May 2012 Stichting Administratiekantoor Cozin acquired the control over Korys N.V. as a result of the certification of Korys N.V. shares with the cooperation of Korys N.V.

The company has no knowledge of other agreements between shareholders. The legal thresholds per 5% portion apply..
