The Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV dd. 14 October 2013, decided to carry out a capital increase reserved for the employees of the Colruyt Group.

The subscription period ran from 21 October 2013 up to and including 21 November 2013.

2,416 employees subscribed for 316,900 new shares (and as many VVPR strips) for an amount of 11,408,400.00 EUR.

Subscription price was 36.00 EUR per share.

The notarial deed to effectively lay down the capital increase was executed on 20 December 2013.

As a result of this transactions, the updated information about the shares and capital of Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV is as follows:

• Total capital: 260.552.959,58 EUR
• Number of shares carrying voting rights: 165.169.749
• Number of voting rights = (denominator): 165.169.749

There are no statutory thresholds. As a result the legal thresholds regarding 5% ownership apply.
