Repurchase of Colruyt treasury shares

Referring to article 207 of the Royal decree of 30 January 2001 in execution of the companies code (art. 620 § 1), as modified by royal decree of 26 April 2009, the Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV communicates that it has purchased 300.000 treasury shares at NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 11th March until 19th March 2015.

The Board of Directors has performed this purchase after having been so empowered by the extraordinary general meeting of 16 October 2009.

As a result of these transactions, the company possesses a total of 9.791.743 treasury shares on 19th March or 6,25 % of the total number of shares issued (i.e. 156.636.503).
