Summary of the notification

With reference to article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings, Colruyt Group and its supervisory shareholder Korys have submitted a notification to the FSMA.

This transparency notification, dated 7 December 2017, proves that, through the acquisition of own Colruyt shares, Colruyt Group holds a total of 5,04% of the voting rights of the company and has thus exceeded a statutory threshold of 5%.

On 4 December 2017, together with Korys, Korys Business Services I, II and III (excluding the Colruyt family and relatives and Sofina acting in concert), Colruyt Group holds a total of 76.284.583 Colruyt shares, together representing 50,88% of the total number of shares issued by the company.

This limited notification does not prejudice the existing mutual consultations between the Colruyt family and relatives, Korys, Colruyt Group and Sofina.
