Upon proposal of the Board of Directors, the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders agreed to the cancellation of a total of 2.500.000 treasury shares by notarial deed of 8 October 2020.

The new data relating to the shares and capital of NV Etn. Fr. Colruyt following this transaction are as follows:

• Total number of shares carrying voting rights: 135.932.588
• Total number of voting rights (= denominator): 135.932.588
