Summary of the notification
Pursuant to article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings, Colruyt Group and its controlling shareholder Korys, together with the Colruyt family and relatives, have submitted a notification to the FSMA.
This transparency notification dated 8 August 2022 indicates that, by virtue of the acquisition of Colruyt treasury shares by Korys NV, the shareholders acting in concert Korys, the Colruyt family and relatives and Colruyt Group together hold a total of more than 65% of the voting rights of the company. Korys, the Colruyt family and Colruyt Group have thus crossed a threshold of a multiple of 5%, compared to the previous transparency notifications dated 1 October 2021 and 3 January 2022.
As a result, the shareholders acting in concert Korys, the Colruyt family and relatives and Colruyt Group together hold a total of 87.570.654 Colruyt shares that together represent 65,43 % of the total number of shares issued by the company (133.839.188) on 8 August 2022.
The company has no knowledge of other agreements between shareholders. The statutory thresholds per 5% bracket apply.

Although Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV is no party to the agreements to act in concert, its treasury shares are included given its capacity of subsidiary of Korys NV (Art. 6, §5, 3° Transparency Law); Korys NV is indeed deemed to hold these shares indirectly.
