Summary of the notification
Pursuant to article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings, Colruyt Group and its controlling shareholder Korys, together with the Colruyt family and relatives, have submitted a notification to the FSMA.
This transparency notification dated 24 March 2023 shows a change in the mutual consert between Korys, the Colruyt family and relatives and Colruyt Group: Korys Investments has transferred shares to a new company Korys Management Investments, which is also part of the mutual consultation. This change does not give rise to a threshold over or under.
The mutually acting shareholders Korys, Colruyt family and relatives together with Colruyt Group hold a total of 89.657.320 Colruyt shares on 21 March 2023, representing 66,87% of the total number of shares issued by the company (134.077.688).
The company has no knowledge of other agreements between shareholders. The statutory thresholds per 5% bracket apply.
