Summary of the notification
Pursuant to article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings, Colruyt Group and its controlling shareholder Korys, together with the Colruyt family and relatives, have submitted a notification to the FSMA.
This transparency notification dated 16 October 2023 shows that, by virtue of the acquisition of Colruyt shares by Korys NV, the shareholders acting in concert Korys, the Colruyt family and relatives and Colruyt Group together hold a total of more than 70% of the company's voting rights.
On 13 October 2023, the shareholders acting in concert Korys, the Colruyt family and relatives and Colruyt Group together hold a total of 94.002.428 Colruyt shares that together represent 70,11% of the total number of shares issued by the company (134.077.688).
The company has no knowledge of other agreements between shareholders. The statutory thresholds per 5% bracket apply.
