Disclosure pursuant to Article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the reporting of significant interests in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading in a regulated market and containing miscellaneous provisions.

Upon proposal of the Board of Directors, the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders agreed to the cancellation of a total of 7.000.000 treasury shares by notarial deed of 12 December 2023. In addition, following the annual capital increase reserved for Colruyt Group employees, a total of 271.202 new shares were created by notarial deed of 12 December 2023.

The new data relating to the shares and capital of NV Etn. Fr. Colruyt following these transactions are as follows:

• Total capital: EUR 378.985.470,73
• Total number of shares carrying voting rights: 127.348.890
• Total number of voting rights (= denominator): 127.348.890

No thresholds have been laid down in the articles of association. For transparency notifications the statutory thresholds per bracket of 5% therefore apply.
