Summary of the notification
Pursuant to article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings, Colruyt Group and its controlling shareholder Korys, together with the Colruyt family and relatives, have submitted a notification to the FSMA.
This transparency notification dated 5 March 2024 shows that, by virtue of an acquisition of Colruyt Group shares and equivalent financial instruments by Korys NV, the shareholders acting in concert Korys, the Colruyt family and relatives, and Colruyt Group together have exceeded the notification threshold of 70%.
On 5 March 2024, the shareholders acting in concert Korys, the Colruyt family and relatives, and Colruyt Group together hold a total of 90.575.074 Colruyt Group shares and 3.031.010 equivalent financial instruments, which together represent 73,50% of the total number of shares issued by the company (127.348.890).
The company has no knowledge of other agreements between shareholders. The statutory thresholds per 5% bracket apply.
