Disclosure of transparency notifications

bpost discloses a notification of significant shareholdings that it has received from BlackRock, Inc (and affiliates) in accordance with the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies.

1. Summary of the notification

In a notification dated July 13, 2017, BlackRock, Inc., also on behalf of its subsidiaries set forth in the notification, notified that, following an acquisition of bpost voting securities or bpost voting rights, it increased its holding and crossed upward the 3% threshold of voting rights in bpost SA de droit public ("bpost") on July 11, 2017.

On July 11, 2017, BlackRock, Inc., taking into account the subsidiaries set forth in the notification, held 3,09% of the voting rights of bpost.
