bpost publie une notification reçue de BlackRock, Inc. (et sociétés liées) en vertu de la loi belge du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publication des participations importantes dans les sociétés cotées.

1. Résumé de la notification

Dans une notification datée du 18 mai 2018, BlackRock, Inc., agissant également au nom des entreprises contrôlées par elle tel qu'exposé dans la notification, a notifié que, suite à une opération sur titres réalisée en date du 17 mai 2018, la participation de BlackRock, Inc. (ensemble avec les entreprises qu'elle contrôle) a été modifiée comme suit :

• la détention de titres conférant le droit de vote a augmenté et franchi le seuil de 3% ;
• la détention d'instruments financiers assimilés a diminué sans franchir de seuil de notification obligatoire.

BlackRock, Inc. (ensemble avec les entreprises qu'elle contrôle) détient désormais 4,13% des droit de vote dans bpost.

Seuil franchi : 3%

L'article 13 des statuts de bpost prévoit ce qui suit sur la déclaration des participations importantes : "En ce qui concerne l'application du Titre II de la Loi du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publicité des participations importantes dans des émetteurs dont les actions sont admises à la négociation sur un marché réglementé et portant des dispositions diverses et l'arrêté royal du 14 février 2008 relatif à la publicité des participations importantes, les seuils de détention successifs applicables sont fixés à 3 %, 5 % et tout multiple de 5 %."
