Announcement of results of participation in the Tender Offer, Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation for our Senior Secured Notes

The previously announced tender offer, exchange offer and consent solicitation (the "Tender Offer, Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation") expired on 30 March 2022.

The results of the participation in the Tender Offer, Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation were positive with 99% consent received as of the expiration deadline.

The Tender Offer, Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation was launched in preparation of and is conditioned upon the completion of the Disposal.
