DISCLOSURE MADE PURSUANT TO THE LAW OF 2 MAY 2007 ON THE DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDINGS
Balta Group NV, listed on Euronext Brussels (the "Company"), has received a transparency notification dated 13 October 2022.
