Pursuant to Articles 15 §1 and 18 §1 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations in listed companies, Bekaert publishes the following information:
Total capital: € 167 736 414.29 Total number of securities conferring voting rights: 56 990 317 shares Total number of voting rights (the denominator): 56 990 317 (one voting right per share)
Capital decrease of 24 February 2023 as a result of the cancellation of the shares purchased by Kepler Cheuvreux on behalf of Bekaert under the share buyback program from 29 June 2022 through 13 February 2023. See also the press releases dated 17 February 2023 on the completion of the program.
According to Article 12 of the Articles of Association, the provisions of Articles 6 through 17 of the Act apply not only to the legal thresholds of 5 % and of each multiple of 5%, but also to the thresholds of 3% and 7.50%.
